Ironing NABBI-beads
|
You start by dhosing a pattern and placing beads on a pegboard.
If you have
a transparent pegboard, you can
see through how to place the
pearls. If yoy use a white or colored pegboard,
you have to count the pegs in order to place the beads right.
|
|
If you have a white pegboard, be sure you place it in the
right direction.
|
 |
Put a greaseproof paper on
the motif and let an adult iron
the pearls together with an
iron set at cotton.
| |
You can see through the
paper when the beads are
melted together.
| |
Then you turn the pin plate with the paper around....
| |
.....take away the pin plate....
| |
.... remove the paper with the
figure and losen it with a
semisharp knife.
| |
If you want a flat figure, place
it under a book and let it
be cold there.
If you want a formed figure,
you can form it while it
still is warm.
